By clicking "Accept Terms," accessing the Places App ("App"), or using any of the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
You must meet the minimum age required by your local laws to use the general discovery features of the App. To access Wallet and Cashback features, you must be at least 18 years old.
You are required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
You are responsible for your conduct while using the App. This includes complying with applicable laws, respecting the rights of others, and using the App responsibly.
Any content you create while using our services, including profile photos, reviews, comments, messages, and geolocation data, is subject to our content guidelines. You should not post any content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable in the country where you access the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to engage in any activities that are prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, and the distribution of illegal content.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the App for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of content or the availability of the App at all times.
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
a. Earning and Redemption
Users may earn Places Points or Cashback when making eligible transactions through the App. Points and Cashback can only be redeemed within the Places partner network and have no cash or monetary value.
b. Non-Transferability
Points are personal to each user account and cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or withdrawn for cash.
c. Points Expiry
Places Points will expire 24 months after the last earning or redemption activity on your account. Once expired, Points are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
d. Modification and Termination
Places reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Points or Cashback program at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to users.
Transactions made through the Places app are subject to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Refund requests must meet eligibility criteria outlined in our Refund Policy. Cancellations are handled according to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold us against any legal claims, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Privacy Policy. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
