By clicking “Accept Terms”, accessing the App or using any of the Services, on the Places app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms and those in the App’s User Agreement, you should not use the App.
You must be of the required age and meet other eligibility criteria as specified in the App's User Agreement to use our services.
You are required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
You are responsible for your conduct while using the App. This includes complying with applicable laws, respecting the rights of others, and using the App in a responsible manner.
Any content you create while using our services, including profile photos, reviews, comments, messages, and geolocation data, is subject to our Content guidelines as specified in these Terms. You understand that you should not post any content that could be considered to be offensive, indecent or objectionable in the country where you access the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to engage in any activities that are prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, the distribution of illegal content or any content that may infringe any other parties intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the App for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion including removing any User Content
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of content or the availability of the App at all times.
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us against any legal claims, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Privacy Policy. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

These Terms and the App User Agreement represent the agreement between you and Places regarding your use of the App.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without your consent.
These Terms are effective as of 11th January 2024 and may be updated periodically. Please review them regularly for any changes.

17. التنازل إن إخفاقنا في فرض أي جزء من هذه الشروط لا يبطل حقنا في فرضه لاحقًا.
